Alumni Meeting

We had the first one of its kind, The Light Africa Alumni Gathering. We bless God for what our children have become. We can indeed say that our dream is alive from hearing their testimonies. We had about 41 in attendance and over 100 that have gone through our program. Some are now doctors, pastors, teachers, social workers, accountants, businessmen and women, and many other professions. #Raisinggodlyservantleaders. #education #discipleship

Career Day

This previous weekend, we had over 100 students from Senior 4 to college go through a wonderful session of career guidance. How do we choose a career in this dynamic world? How do we make it in life? What Subjects or Courses can we choose and a lot more. A lot of good discussion and interaction happened and we pray that our students make the best of it to a bright future.

S.4 & S.6 Camp 2021

This camp was organized for our candidate class students only. Fun-fact: Our high school takes 6 years in total and it is broken into two levels, A and O level. O(ordinary) level is 4 years and A (advanced) level is 2 years. To graduate from one level to another, you must write a national exam and that is when we refer to you as a candidate. It has been quite a thrill, we had over 50 students attend and each of them has experienced something which we hope will transform their lives. Girls Dormitory

Background From the raising concerns of our girls in our community, we decided to set up a girls’ home. This is a safe haven for our girls who have had rap threats, from chaotic homes and unsafe neighborhoods. The Project begun in 2017 and from generous donors and sponsors, we have been able to have the building up. Currently, we have 3 floors and it is able to accommodate over 200 students. Thank you very much. Future However, we have a few areas we need to work on to complete the task. -Fully  furnished rooms -Elevator -Teachers Resident
